Why don’t we write any articles on Windows 7 benchmarks?
The latest officially released build from Microsoft is the Beta which is Build 7000. We think it’s too early to draw any firm conclusions on the speed of Windows 7. The bottom line is that it’s faster than Vista. And if it’s not faster than Vista in some areas, that is sure to change in later builds. Any timings we post will be obsolete in a few months or so. We want to wait until a firm build (possibly the RC) comes out before posting benchmark information.WWWant to help us out?
